While surfing Facebook for intriguing content today, I came across one of the best posts I've ever seen...
Guess what happens?
A total let down? Meh, a little. An amazing, comical way to gain likes, comments, shares and probably a whole lot of new Facebook followers? YES, definitely. I can't help but be impressed.
Just LOOK at those stats.
Though this post was written on the 15th, the weight (the amount of likes, comments and shares the post received) is so great, it is still showing up at the top of peoples' news feeds, including my own.
The page that shared it, US97, is a radio station in Springfield, Massachusetts. Given the other comical content up on their Facebook page already, this post was perfectly in line with their brand.
Can just anyone get away with this kind of post? Probably not. It's a little disappointing and poking fun of the person who goes through and writes "jump." But if you have the right kind of audience, I would highly recommend creating your own "comment jump," post.
You best believe I'm trying to figure out how to best pull this off for one of my clients.
Well done, US97- you rock! ;)
